Mariah Copeland Dixon
Mariah Copeland Dixon is a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who supports individuals and partners in reconnecting with themselves and each other in a real, honest way. She creates a space where clients can show up fully without judgment, pressure, or the need to have everything figured out.
Mariah specializes in working with couples, individuals, and those in non-traditional relationships, including ethical non-monogamy. She also has a strong focus on supporting men who are ready to explore their emotional world more deeply. Whether clients are feeling disconnected, stuck in repeated conflict, struggling with intimacy, or trying to better understand their patterns, she helps them slow down and get to the root of what’s really going on.
Her approach blends practical tools with deeper emotional work. Mariah integrates attachment-based work, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and relational approaches, always tailoring the process to each client’s unique needs.
She believes healing happens when people feel seen, respected, and supported, not judged or “fixed.” Whether the work involves rebuilding trust, deepening intimacy, or helping clients find their voice, her goal is to support meaningful change with clarity, confidence, and intention.
