Danielle Ellis
Danielle Ellis is a licensed marriage and family therapist who provides telehealth services to adults in Nevada. She specializes in working with adults with ADHD and offers support for challenges related to executive functioning, emotional regulation, identity development, trauma and relationship dynamics.
Danielle earned her Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University and her Bachelor's degree from University of Phoenix. Since becoming a licensed clinician in 2018, she has obtained certifications in ADHD-focused treatment and Level 1 IFS (Internal Family Systems therapy. Her clinical approach is collaborative, strengths-based, and tailored to the unique neurobiological and lived experiences of each client.
In her work with neurodivergent adults, Danielle combines evidence-based interventions with practical strategies to enhance focus, organization, emotional awareness, and self-compassion. She recognizes the ways ADHD often intersects with clients to reduce shame while building sustainable coping skills that align with their values and daily lives.
Danielle is committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space for clients who may feel misunderstood in traditional therapy settings. Her goal is to help clients better understand their minds, strengthen their sense of self, and develop tools that foster long-term growth, resilience, and an improved quality of life.
