Grant Wetteland

Grant Wetteland is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, addiction, relationship challenges, and life transitions. He believes that meaningful therapy begins with a strong therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and collaboration, and he strives to create an environment where clients feel comfortable exploring their experiences without fear of judgment.

Grant approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a deep respect for each person's unique story. He recognizes that every client brings unique experiences, strengths, and goals into therapy. He adapts his approach to meet each person where they are, creating a therapeutic experience that reflects their individual needs and values. Through practical strategies, thoughtful reflection, and collaborative exploration, Grant helps clients better understand themselves and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of the therapy room, Grant enjoys spending time with family and friends, relaxing around a campfire, and taking in the night sky. He values the moments that encourage reflection, connection, and perspective, and he strives to bring that same sense of presence and authenticity into his work with every client.

Clinician’s Specialties

At the heart of Grant's work is the belief that clients are the experts on their own lives. His role is not to provide all the answers, but to walk alongside clients as they gain insight, recognize their strengths, and discover new ways of responding to life's challenges. Through this collaborative process, Grant hopes clients leave therapy with greater confidence, healthier relationships, and practical tools they can continue to rely on long after their sessions have ended.
