Chris Zukowski
I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with 15 years of experience working with children, individuals, and couples. I genuinely love what I do and feel deeply passionate about helping people navigate their unique journeys from feeling stuck to finding ways to thrive. At the heart of my work is the belief that therapy should feel like a safe, grounded space. I focus on building strong, trusting relationships and use an eclectic approach to psychotherapy. Drawing from various modalities, I help clients better understand their experiences and develop practical tools to manage anxiety, depression, grief and loss, relationship struggles, lost sense of self and other life challenges.
Therapy offers a powerful chance to pause, reconnect, and be heard. I strive to create an environment filled with honesty, curiosity, and even a little humor where people feel truly seen, valued, and empowered to explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. In addition to supporting individuals and couples, I specialize in Play Therapy with children ages 4 to 10.
