
Christine Pebbles
Christine Pebbles has been a member of the Reno community for 13 years. She is a mother to four children, which gives her a unique perspective when treating children and adolescents. Prior to the completion of her Doctor of Nursing Practice degree, she worked as a medical surgical nurse and psychiatric nurse during the 2020 pandemic. She earned her Bachelor in Nursing, Doctorate, and recent certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Nevada, Reno – GO Wolfpack! She has worked in many different environments, such as private practice, Rural Clinics, detention centers, within the foster care systems, consult Psychiatry (circulating through emergency rooms and hospital floors; taking care of psychiatric consults), a psychiatric emergency room, substance use treatment, and other outpatient care.
She has delivered multiple training conferences outlining the basics of psychiatry for first responders, therapists and social workers; as well as new nurses. She cares deeply about mental health and believes in treating the whole person. She specializes in ADHD and has completed additional training to offer options for complementary (natural) treatment.
