Dallis Smith

Hi, I’m Dallis, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC-I) with a passion for helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and connection. I’ve been working as a therapist for the past four years, and before that, I spent time in residential treatment supporting adolescents facing mental health challenges, substance use, and relational struggles. That experience deeply shaped my approach—grounded in compassion, authenticity, and a belief in the strength people carry even in their hardest moments. My clinical work is informed by training in Brainspotting, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and DBT-informed approaches. For couples work, I draw from Gottman Method Level 1 to help partners build stronger, more connected relationships. I especially enjoy working with people in the transitional space between adolescence and adulthood—supporting them as they navigate identity, relationships, and life’s big questions. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where healing feels possible and where you can feel genuinely seen and heard. Whether you’re looking for support as an individual, a couple, or a family, I’m here to walk alongside you on your path.
